How to Find Your Order Number
To find the order number, first we’re going to go within the ClubINK app, once you get into the app, you’re going to want to go the fourth tab along the top of the app underneath the ClubINK header labeled View My Orders
Once in the order screen, you should see a list of orders that have been placed. You will see the ClubINK order ID, customer name, the date the order was created, the current order status, a section for the tracking number, and finally the order details section which allows you to look at the specific items within the order that includes the item and more specified information.
The order number is going to be on the “view my orders” page under the section labeled “Order”
*Please Note: In the Order Details area, you may see fields for Payment Type and Payment ID. These fields are not used and will appear empty as no payment info is transmitted via this App.
